  • At Mustang Garden, we strive to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on time. Please review our delivery policy below:

    • Delivery Fee: Our delivery fee is a one-time charge per delivery attempt.
    • Delivery Timeframes:
      • Pre-Orders (Placed 24+ Hours in Advance): Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
      • Same-Day Orders: Typically delivered between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, but availability may vary. Customers can call us to check our schedule for same-day delivery.
    • Recipient Availability: If no one is available at the time of delivery, we offer two options:
      • Leave at the Door: If weather conditions permit, we can leave the flowers at the recipient’s porch. Customers must select this option at checkout.
      • Reattempted Delivery or Pickup: If leaving the flowers outside is not an option or was not selected, we will leave a note indicating our delivery attempt. The recipient or sender must then either:
        • Pick up the flowers from our shop, OR
        • Request a second delivery attempt for an additional fee.

  • We may at times need to substitute floral components with the freshest blooms locally available to ensure a timely delivery. Should substitutions be necessary, Mustang Garden will use their floral expertise to ensure that your arrangements are of equal or greater value.
