REFUND POLICY

At Mustang Garden, we take great pride in providing the freshest and most beautiful flowers for our customers. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you may need to return a product. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, returns can be challenging.

Therefore, we have the following return policy in place:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product to let us know. We may request a photo of the damaged product to assist us in assessing the situation.

  • If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product to let us know. We will work with you to arrange a return or exchange.

  • If you receive a product that simply doesn't meet your expectations, we encourage you to reach out to us so we can address your concerns. However, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been delivered and are still fresh and in good condition.

We understand that each situation is unique and we are committed to working with our customers to find a satisfactory solution. Our top priority is your satisfaction, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
