We may at times need to substitute floral components with the freshest blooms locally available to ensure a timely delivery. Should substitutions be necessary, Mustang Garden will use their floral expertise to ensure that your arrangements are of equal or greater value

At Mustang Garden, we strive to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on time. Please review our delivery policy below:

• Delivery Fee: Our delivery fee is a one-time charge per delivery attempt.
• Delivery Timeframes:
  • Pre-Orders (Placed 24+ Hours in Advance): Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
  • Same-Day Orders: Typically delivered between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, but availability may vary. Customers can call us to check our schedule for same-day delivery.
• Recipient Availability: If no one is available at the time of delivery, we offer two options:
  • Leave at the Door: If weather conditions permit, we can leave the flowers at the recipient’s porch. Customers must select this option at checkout.
  • Reattempted Delivery or Pickup: If leaving the flowers outside is not an option or was not selected, we will leave a note indicating our delivery attempt. The recipient or sender must then either:
    • Pick up the flowers from our shop, OR
    • Request a second delivery attempt for an additional fee.
